Important Booking Policy:

· Changes & Cancellations: We require 48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations to avoid a penalty fee.
· Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a minimum call-out fee of $120.

Payment Terms:

By clicking the "Book a Service" button, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including our payment policy:

1. For payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Stripe, full payment is required at least 2 business days prior to your service date.
2. For Cash payments, payment must be provided to the cleaners upon their arrival on the day of the service.

Please note: If payment is not cleared or received as outlined above, we will be unable to allocate a cleaning team. If our cleaners arrive and cannot receive payment, they will be unable to perform the service and a call-out fee of $120 will apply.
